Deciding Who to Vote For

One of the hardest parts about an election is deciding who to vote for. As a young person, our political beliefs are still forming. We are learning more about the world and ourselves every day.

We  recommend googling the party platforms for the Republican, Democrat, Green or Libertarian parties. These documents will show you the beliefs and plans of each party. Skim both and compare them to see which side you agree with most. Compare them to see which you agree with the most. An online candidate preference quiz by an independent source, such as www.procon.org, can help you decide which candidate for president is most closely matched to most of your views on the issues.

Now again, you vote for many people other than the president when casting a ballot. To find out who your candidates are in other races, click here.
